How to Create a Product Subscription Account

A customer can’t create a subscription account without first purchasing a product with a subscription.

 

To subscribe to a product(s), create subscription account and get a discount on a recurring basis, please follow the instructions below:

(1) Firstly, go to the desired product page.

(2) Select the required product quantity.

(3) Select the ‘Subscribe and save’ option and choose the subscription period.

 

(4) Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button and check your order.

(5) Click the ‘Checkout’ button and enter your email address, name, address and payment details.

(6) Click the ‘Pay now’ button and your subscription account is automatically created with your associated order email address.  At the same time, an email is sent to your email address with the order details and a link to the customer’s ‘login portal’, so you can access their subscription account.

 

How to Access Your Subscription Account

You can access your subscription account via the ‘login portal’ in two ways as follows:

(1) The ‘login portal’ link sent to your email address when you first purchased a product with a subscription.

(2) Directly on the top menu of the Nutrality website by clicking on the ‘Login’ which opens up the customer ‘login portal’.
