I bought this especially for the lowish elemental value as I’m sensitive to all medicines and supplements.
It does not send me running to the toilet or cause any stomach discomfort or over sleepiness.

I also bought this for 2 other reasons, adhd stimulants and ibs. I wanted to be able to relax and sleep at night whilst also getting my digestive system into a good and healthy routine.

I’ve struggled with sleep and digestive issues for years, this has helped the sleep and waking up especially because of the stimulants, but for the constipation it has genuinely worked better than any of the other medical cocktails doctors have thrown at me.

Obviously not a miracle drug, but it feels like eating and drinking the right things finally works with this added in.

I am losing weight and I conclude this green tea is helping.
